Please read these booking instructions:

• Walk-ins welcome!

• One appointment per person.

• 60 strands or more, book two consecutive appointments.

• If you are unable to make your appointment or need to cancel for any reason you can do so from your confirmation email.

• If you want to book an event that is already full, keep an eye on the booking page for canceled appointment times that can reappear, or extended hours.

• If you book an appointment and do not show up, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Most events are fully booked, and we want to sparkle as many fairies as possible! Thank you for reading all the instructions.
